AGM followed by Surviving The Dutch Hunger Winter

It is the winter of 1944 — 1945 and life for the Dutch people is a struggle for survival under the German occupation.  Making a welcome return local Oxford author Imogen Matthews talks about the history of this period as well as sharing the more personal stories told to her by her Dutch mother. 
The talk will be followed by refreshments during which Imogen’s books The Hidden Village and its sequel Hidden in the Shadows, which are both set during this time, will be available for purchase.
