THE WONDER OF WOODSTOCK : A TALK BY PIPPA GWILLIAM
As Pippa was unable to give her talk last November we are delighted to welcome her as our first speaker for 2024. Many of you will remember her from her entertaining talk in 2022 and this evening should prove to be just as interesting, amusing and informative.
Pippa is a longstanding, avid and extremely knowledgeable member of the Visitor Guides at Blenheim Palace, Woodstock; and it is Woodstock which provides the history for this talk. Pippa promises to guide us through many of the events and happenings which have occurred here since Ethelred the Unready held his Grand Witan through to the Churchills and beyond.
You do not need to be a member just come along and pay on the night.
