St Michael’s Feast Day – Party at the Church
On Saturday 30th September (2-4pm) we are having a Party at the Church
Food and drink for all generations – to celebrate the Feast of St Michael, the patron saint of the village church. In Medieval times this “patronal day” was a huge celebration for all to attend and enjoy. We are bringing it back this year and in future years. Everyone is welcome – no invitation required…and for the children, because St Michael slayed the dragon, we will be having a “dragon hunt” in the churchyard.
