Parish Council’s Meeting Notes: July 2023
Aynho’s Parish Council monthly meetings are held on the first Monday of each month, excluding January and August unless pressing matters require a meeting. Meetings usually start at 7.30pm at the Village Hall.
For each meeting the Parish Council sets an Agenda detailing the issues to be discussed and, where appropriate, decisions to be made. The draft Minutes for past meeting(s) are reviewed and approved, and a financial statement presented and approved detailing income and any monies to be spent. Recent planning applications will be discussed with comments added through West Northants Council planning portal.
Periodically other Parish Council issues are discussed, reviewed and agreed, such as the Parish Council’s annual audit, various Policies and Standing Orders and other occasional enquiries.
