WI: Tree Planting

A group of WI members and their husbands planted a Liquidamber styra ‘Worplesdon’ tree on the playing fields to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the WI in Aynho. It is a medium sized deciduous tree with maple-like leaves that turn deep orange and yellow in the autumn.
