Max Boyce, Welsh comedian, singer and entertainer, reads his beautiful poem ‘When Just The Tide Went Out’. He says ‘I wanted to write something that would be memorable and maybe look back one day and say I captured a moment in space and time.’ He dedicates it to ‘all the people in the NHS who do such a magnificent job’.
