A Big Thank You from Almshouse Residents

Almshouse Residents thank Volunteers and the Parish Council for Boxes

Four lucky residents in the Almshouses received free food boxes yesterday.

The boxes had fruit and veg, pasta, with dried and tinned food, and chocolate!

They came from an Oxford charity (https://www.sofea.uk.com)  and were delivered into Aynho by Brackley Town Council.

All a result of the excellent and quick work of the Parish Council and their young volunteer helpers who delivered them safely to the houses. Most grateful!

All four residents are in self isolation and are being supported by neighbours on Bowmens Lea and School End – thank you – the next 11 weeks looks a long haul!
