If you’d like to make use of Aynho’s Village Hall for your own event, party or ‘shindig’ please contact the Bookings Secretary on 07736 069974 or Email: VHbookings@aynho.community  with the details of your event and days and times you’d prefer.  Before calling check the Events Calendar (link opposite) to see whether there’s any other events at the Village Hall on your preferred date.

Once we get your enquiry we’ll be able to get back to you quickly to confirm your booking with details of costs and Terms of Conditions for use of the facility.

Village Hall bookings are available as three options: (1) Main Hall (with use of kitchen and WCs) (2) Committee Room (with use of kitchen and WCs) or (3) Both Main Hall and Committee Room (with use of kitchen and WCs). WiFi is also now available and the password can be requested from the Booking Secretary.

  • Some important points you need to know:

    Please check your date and time doesn't clash with one of our regular Village Hall bookings - the facility isn't available at these times

    The person booking must be 18-years old or over and in-attendance for the duration of the booking

    All events must finish by 11.59pm on the day booked

    If you're selling alcohol it is your responsibility to obtain the necessary Licence from South Northants Council

    In some circumstances it's possible setting-up or clearing-up your event can be organised the evening before or morning after - please ask (but don't assume).

    The capacity of the Main Hall is 100 seated and 85 if staging is used.
